Wellness and Sports day
The deliberate system at KENSRI will help a student get fitter which is a pre-requisite for sports. The higher the level of fitness makes a student reach greater heights in sports.
Principles of wellness is ingrained into our students from early years. Priority is given to the discipline of sleep, nutrition, yoga and meditation. The students are made aware of each element of wellness with self discovery with foods and their properties and each aspect of fitness.
Suffices it to say, the sports day is built around these habits inculcated with the help of parents. Sports day is conducted to be fun and to help motivate a child to showcase not only their fitness levels but also the skills in their sports. It is a day when parents can see the work put in by their children towards excellence in sports.
