Welcome to KEN Sports - Basketball

BASKET BALL develops physical fitness, as many sports do. But the intense, fast- paced action of a typical basket ball game simultaneously develops speed, hand-eye coordination and a way that sports such as moving quickly back and forth across the court develops lower-body fitness, while shooting, defending and passes develop upper-body fitness.

About Basketball Coaching...

The students will be coached on techniques based on their skill communications, physical training, skills, game plan & teamwork.

Beginners: Starts with basic warm ups, Dribbling Skills, Passing Skills& Shooting Skills
Intermediate: starts with basic warm ups, Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting, Defence & offence movements & Introduction of game
Advance: Review of basic skills advance dribbling, passing skills, movement on court, position {defence &offence} game.

our Basketball Coach has over 3 years of experience coaching Basketball in KENSRI


1).All these are conducted as a subject in KENSRI during regular classes. (8.10 am- 2.45 pm) - 40 min/class. MONDAY- FRIDAY.
2).After school program - This program is not only open for students of KENSRI but its a program for all - students & adults who have an interest to reach their potential in the game. 2 days, 3 days, 5 days and weekend programs - Timings: 3.30 p.m - 5.00 p.m, 4.30 p.m - 6.00 p.m. MONDAY - FRIDAY. Week end program timings - 7.00 a.m - 8.30 a.m, 8 a.m - 9.30 a.m
3).Team practice for UNDER- 14 and 16. (3.15 pm- 5.00 pm). MONDAY - FRIDAY
