Welcome to KENSRI STAND UP (NIOS):

Special Talent And Need Development Under NIOS Program

KENSRI cultivates true passion in any field, which can propel a child to professional excellence. The challenge for parents, teachers & coaches is to find the talent, provide fundamentals, and ensure they excel. KENSRI is proud to have already been a part of many students reaching professional status. Academic work is deliberately achieved. KENSRI is affiliated with CBSE and NIOS. However, we also cater to students from other syllabi. The school’s curriculum integrates academics with sports, fine arts, and life skills.

KENSRI has a Study Centre for students who wish to take up the course offered by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). The school has special educators and speech therapists dealing with children having speech and auditory problems. There is a student Counsellor who deals with the challenges of each child. Multi-sensory formats, sports, music, and technology are all tools used to help children become independent.

KENSRI School’s STAND-UP stream is ably guided by the Spastics Society of Karnataka.

Multi-Sensorial Method of Teaching / Learning

Multisensory teaching is one important aspect of instruction used by clinically trained teachers. Multisensory learning involves the use of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic-tactile pathways simultaneously to enhance memory and learning of written language. These techniques stimulate the brain in a variety of ways so that each sensory system becomes more developed and higher functioning. This improves essential functions of the brain such as listening skills, movement, vision, tactile recognition, and conceptualization. The KENSRI system allows us to partner with the technology and media department. We want our students to be able to be independent and self-reliant.
